Oak Meadow is situated between High Street and Mill Road in the centre of Shipdham, within close proximity to the shops and facilities available in the village.
The 43 new homes will incorporate a mix of cottage-style houses through to more formal family homes with large gardens and will range from 2 to 5 bedrooms. 13 of the houses will be ´affordable homes´ to be made available through a local housing association. The remaining properties will be sold by Abel Homes.

Having completed an archeological dig on the site we are now carrying out tests to the ground conditions to determine the construction methods.
