Sales Consultant

Abel Homes are an award winning, family-owned independent housebuilder with a number of developments across Norfolk. Following an internal promotion, a position has arisen at its ‘Rokeles Green’ development in Watton and provides an excellent opportunity, for the right person, to work at this popular new site.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Meet and Greet clients to the development
  • To promote the company and its properties, leading to an excellent sales record.
  • Liaise with customers and accompany viewings.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Manage the customer database and keep clients up-to-date of releases.
  • To be knowledgeable about all Abel Homes development and to cross sell these.
  • Maintaining administrative records and to complete reservation paperwork.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience within New Home sales or property sales beneficial.
  • Excellent customer care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Well-presented.
  • Confident to deal with customers.
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

 Working hours: 9:30am to 4:30pm, Thursday to Monday.

 Salary: To be advised upon application.
