Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will oversee all Site Sales Offices, manage customer reservations and the conveyance process together with working closely with our Marketing Co-Ordinator to produce marketing strategy for our new build sites.
The role will have responsibility for customer research, pricing strategy, successful operation of Site Sales offices and the management of all reservations through to completed sales, ensuring that the company’s high standards of customer service are upheld throughout the sales process.
Experience in the residential development sector will be of significant benefit to any application.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing family owned house building business. The role will be based in our Head Office in Watton, Norfolk, although travel between sites will also be required.
