Show Home Launched At Abel Homes Site In East Harling
The much anticipated opening of the show home at Norfolk house builder Abel Homes latest site takes place on Friday (15th September), when the sales office at Three Squirrels in East Harling opens its doors.
Ten new homes are being release for sale this weekend: a mixture of three- and four-bedroom houses with prices ranging from £350,000 to £535,000.
A total of 85 energy-efficient family homes will be built on the site, which is between Kenninghall Road and Quidenham Road, just to the east of the village centre. The mixture of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes will include 15 which will be provided as affordable homes.
The new homes will all have the top ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency and include features such as Air Source Heat Pumps, photo-voltaic solar panels, underfloor heating, triple glazing and high levels of insulation. Each home will also feature electric car charging points and fibre broadband direct.
As part of the development, Abel Homes will create a public open space on the site, and has also made a commitment to provide a piece of public artwork on every site where it builds homes.
Abel Homes sales and marketing manager Clare Cornish said, “We are delighted to be opening our show home at Three Squirrels, which is a site which has already elicited a great deal of interest.
