We absolutely love our new Abel Home. The house is a lovely big and light 4 bedroom home. A lot of thought has gone into designing a modern family home that suits our requirements exactly. We are impressed with the size of the garden and the way we feel we have space all around us. The front garden looked lovely this summer with some well chosen pretty plants. We weren’t looking for an energy efficient house but we are very pleased with the air source heating, solar panels and under floor heating. 

All Abel staff have been lovely, very welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions and generally supporting us throughout our purchase, move and even now. 

We were supported very well by the team when we purchased our house. We wanted to move before Christmas and this was made possible. On move in day we were met by several staff at our new house and everything we needed to know was explained, the heating, the alarm the hot water. 

The overall quality of the build is fantastic, we have a beautiful kitchen and the quality of the bathrooms is great too! We feel privileged to have been able to buy an Abel Home.

Having purchased an Abel Home, we are extremely pleased with the build quality and the quality of fittings provided. There were very few and very minor issues on the 'snag' list which were dealt with promptly. The home is equipped to a very high specification which is not available with other house builders.

Finally, we were greeted with a lovely hamper full of the essential basic items needed when moving home, a lovely Orchid plant and a tool box equipped with some basic essential tools, including a meter for detecting electric/metal when drilling the walls.

We can definitely recommend Abel homes for anyone seeking a new home.
