Marriott's Park, Taverham — Planning Approved | Abel Homes

We are delighted to announce that Broadland District Council's Planning Committee have unanimously approved our application for Phase 1 at Marriott's Park in Taverham, Norfolk, which will consist of 126 family homes, as part of a larger development which will ultimately see 1,530 new homes built on the site by four different house builders.

Our contemporary new homes will be built to the highest EPC ‘A’ rating, ensuring energy efficiency alongside our exceptional specification providing harmony between aesthetics and practicality, ensuring that our home owners will enjoy both comfort and convenience. 

 Access to our new home will be provided from a new roundabout on Fir Covert Road, providing excellent access to the wider Taverham community and the Broadland Northway (Northern Distributor Road).

When Will the Homes Be Available?

The approval will see infrastructure work start in the next few weeks, and we expect to be start building our new homes later this year with a show home opening in 2027.  Marriott's Park will also see the provision of a new primary school, a medical/community centre, a local retail centre, care home, and public open space.
