Nine New Homes Released At In-Demand Site In Watton
Nine new homes have been released at a smash-hit development of new homes in Watton – a site which was only launched in May, and which saw the first two releases of new homes sell out in days.
Norfolk-based Abel Homes has released nine two-, three- and four-bedroom homes at Rokeles Green in Watton.
The homes now released for reservation consist of two two-bedroom semi-detached houses with garage, two three-bedroom semi-detached houses with garage, three three-bedroom detached houses with garage, and two spacious four-bedroom detached houses with garage.
The two-bedroom homes are priced at £235,000; the three-bedroom homes cost from £265,000 to £370,000; and the four-bedroom houses are £380,000.
All the new homes are being built to a very high specification of energy-efficiency, with solar photovoltaic panels, triple glazing, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating to the ground floor. Each new home boasts an EPC rating of ‘A’ – the most energy-efficient band.
The new homes also come with fitted appliances, garages with electric doors, BT fibre broadband to the premises, and floor coverings included throughout.
Rokeles Green is situated off Norwich Road just one mile to the east of the town centre. The site will see the construction of 45 energy-efficient family homes, as well as the creation of a new 20,000 sq ft Lidl supermarket.
“Since we launched Rokeles Green in May, the demand has been constant,” said Clare Cornish, sales manager at Abel Homes.
“Just four months later, we are releasing the penultimate batch of new homes for sale, so anyone who wants to live here will need to move quickly to secure their home.”
The sales office and show home at Rokeles Green are open from Thursday to Monday, 10am-4pm. More details can be found at www.abelhomes.co.uk/developments/rokeles-green.
